Our vision system is comprised of three main components for all the heavy lifting, the camera, the backlight, and the image processing. 70x magnification, a collimated backlight, 5MP CMOS sensor and a custom ground bi-telecentric lens gives you the most accurate image in the industry. A touch screen User Interface featuring the latest operating system, processes this image at lightning speed to calculate the most accurate and repeatable measurements possible.
